Rose Point's Radome Radar is an ideal companion to Rose Point Coastal Explorer or ECS. Using a powerful 4KW transmitter and high resolution 24" radome, this unit is ideal for smaller vessels and/or sailing vessels where lines might get caught in an open array.

Rose Point offers a wide variety of radar sizes to suit the needs of various types of boaters. The smallest size is a 4KW dome and the largest is a 25KW open array. What’s the difference? A 4KW dome has an antenna that is approximately 2 ft across; it’s inside the dome so you will not see it spinning like an open array. The 2 ft antenna creates a beam that has a 4 degree horizontal beam and 25 degree vertical beam.
