SR162 Features

The SR162 AIS receiver installation is quick and simple, requiring only the connection to a VHF aerial (or splitter) and a computer. Combined with marine navigation software, you can display any AIS equipped vessel within VHF range which is typically up to 50 nautical miles. The SR162 AIS receiver is compatible with any software or hardware based chatrtplotter system capable of accepting standard NMEA 0183 AIS sentences.
